Giannis Antetokounmpo became the focal point of a conversation during an episode of his brother Thanasis’s podcast, "Thanalysis Show," where Thanasis compared him to the LA Lakers’ LeBron James and the Phoenix Suns’ Kevin Durant.
Thanasis described Giannis as a blend of the two stars, explaining that the Greek Freak combines LeBron’s power and physicality with Durant’s length and reach.
"I can't explain it, this hybrid thing. Like the best comparison I could give, he's between LeBron and KD," Thanasis said.

"The thing about KD is that he's unguardable, right? It doesn't matter how he shoots it, he doesn't see you when he shoots it. The thing about LeBron is he's just so physically imposing ... you don't want to even get a charge because if you get a charge, you don't know if you're going to play in the next 10 minutes."

Despite Thanasis’ injury, the Milwaukee Bucks are reportedly evaluating the possibility of renewing his contract, according to Keith Smith of Spotrac.

Thanasis is highly respected in the Bucks’ locker room and is often credited with maintaining a positive relationship between the team and Giannis. His presence has been seen as a factor in keeping their two-time MVP happy — a strategy that worked when despite his limited playing time.
Giannis Antetokounmpo's brother was the one who helped convince him to sign a three-year, $186 million contract extension with Milwaukee last offseason. While his on-court impact is minimal, averaging 2.4 ppg and 1.6 rpg, his influence behind the scenes was vital for the Bucks.
The Bucks are on a four-game winning streak and have won six of their last seven games. After a poor start to the season, which included a six-game losing streak, Milwaukee now holds an 8-9 record and sits in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings
