Giannis Antetokounmpo led his team to another victory on Saturday. Defeating the Charlotte Hornets at home, the former MVP had a message for his 'haters.'

Emulating the Batman villain Bane after his team's 125-119 win, the 'Greek Freak' posted a tweet regarding his celebrations. The star also attached a collage of him and the supervillain. Dedicating it to his haters, Giannis captioned it:

"Love my haters, they’re my biggest fans"

After an abysmal 2-8 record in their first 10 games, pressure had mounted on the Bucks and Giannis. Despite him averaging 32.4 points, the highest tally in the league, the critics kept eating away at him and he has since responded. Winning six of their last seven games, the 'Greek Freak' has helped his team enter the playoff places as they currently sit fifth in the Eastern Conference.

Giannis breaks the Charlotte Hornets in the Bucks' latest win

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday as they beat the North Carolina side by a score of 125-119. LaMelo Ball's career-high 50 points were not enough to lead his team to victory.

Milwaukee's star duo of Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo combined for a total of 63 points and grabbed their fourth consecutive victory. Not able to win three games in a row before this run, the Bucks' rejuvenated spirit is mostly down to Giannis, who has been a guiding light for the team this season.

The Bucks led all the quarters except for the fourth and despite a valiant effort from the Hornets, they eventually succumbed to their tenth loss. The North Carolina team also attempted 21 more shots than the Milwaukee Bucks but the volume didn't pay its dividends as they could only convert 41% of those shots.

Giannis, who finished the game with 32 points and 11 rebounds, was only 4 assists shy of a triple-double. The Greek star led the team from the front and was behind his team's success as they increased their win streak to 4 against the Hornets.
