Giannis Antetokounmpo was off to a quick start as the Milwaukee Bucks carved out a thin 59-58 lead over the LA Clippers at the Intuit Dome on Saturday. The 2x NBA MVP had a team-high 15 points along with sharpshooter Damian Lillard. Antetokounmpo went 5-11 from the field and was 5-6 from the charity stripe.
He also had eight rebounds, one block, and one turnover with a +/- of -2 as the first quarter came to an end. Antetokounmpo is in the middle of an MVP-caliber run with the Bucks averaging 31.3 points, 12.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.4 blocks.
