Former Milwaukee Bucks Patrick Beverley weighed in on the issue between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Boston Celtics' Jaylen Brown. On Thursday's "Pat Bev Pod" episode, Beverley shared his predictions for Antetokounmpo's performance the next time they play.
Antetokounmpo played a fake handshake trick on Brown during their matchup on Sunday. This came after the Bucks star's elbow in the first half earned him an offensive foul.
Beverley expressed his opinions and took the side of his former teammate.

"It was a time when people were like, 'Oh he's too serious.' It's a time where he was like, 'Oh, he's too loose,'" Beverley said. "That don't affect his numbers, I'll tell you that. The no-look hand, if you don't want to be here, you don't have to be here. That s**t don't affect his basketball play.

"Even when they going through that little rough patch. 'Yeah, we played Boston, yeah I caught an elbow, you caught an elbow. Yeah, we cool... Sike! F**k you, we not cool. F**k you think this is?' And I guarantee you when they play again, Giannis gonna be on his a** like back pockets.
His co-host, Adam Ferrone asked if he sees where Brown is coming from.
"I do. But hey, shake your hand, so what? It's hoops."
Following their game, Brown told reporters "Giannis is a child," after the stunt he pulled. The Bucks star said he'll continue being himself. The next game between the two teams will be on Dec. 6.
