The Golden State Warriors will take on the gritty Miami Heat in a regular-season matchup on Tuesday. Steph Curry and his squad have seen their campaign take a hit recently, suffering multiple confidence-shattering defeats over the past month.

In their most recent outing, the Warriors were handed a humbling 129-99 loss at the Chase Center by the Sacramento Kings, who were without De'Aaron Fox. The blowout highlighted Golden State’s struggles as they continue to battle inconsistency this season.

With the season nearing its midpoint, the Warriors are in a race against time to turn things around. Currently, they sit eighth in the Western Conference standings with an 18-17 record through 35 games.

Tuesday’s game presents an opportunity for the Warriors to bounce back from their tough loss to the Kings. They’ll face a Heat team missing Jimmy Butler and playing on the second night of a back-to-back.

Steph Curry, who has dealt with injuries throughout the season, is not listed on the injury report and is expected to lead the charge for Golden State against Miami.

However, the Warriors remain shorthanded. Brandin Podziemski has been ruled out as he recovers from a right abdomen injury, marking his fifth consecutive missed game since sustaining the injury on Dec. 28. Jonathan Kuminga, sidelined with a right ankle sprain, is out for at least three weeks, while Gary Payton II will also remain unavailable due to a left calf strain.
