Golden State Warriors vs Detroit Pistons Game Summary
The Golden State Warriors began a four-game road trip on Thursday with a matchup against the Detroit Pistons. Steph Curry and Co. hoped to end a two-game losing skid and stop the Pistons’ run of five consecutive victories.

The Warriors outplayed the Pistons on both ends of the floor in the second quarter. Lindy Waters III and Gui Santos gave the starters a lift, combining to hit 6-for-7 from behind the arc. Golden State led 57-47 at halftime.
Steph Curry went 0-for-5 in 3-pointers with a turnover in the third quarter. The Warriors went toe-to-toe with the Pistons behind Buddy Hield and Trayce Jackson-Davis. Curry was 1-for-11 from deep heading into the last 12 minutes of the game.
