Fans were surprised by Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo's recent collaboration. Before the actual season starts, Adebayo got to spend time with famed celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The two were filmed creating bao buns of their own, and Ramsay seemed to be comfortable with how the Heat star moved around the kitchen.
When it comes to providing comments to those he works with, particularly contestants on his many cooking series, Ramsay is known for not holding back. There have been instances where he yells at others for their mistakes in the kitchen, which is why it's difficult to please the chef at times.
However, Adebayo seems to have gotten on the chef's good side. A video of the two of them working around the kitchen as they assemble bao buns was posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday.

Heat coach looks forward to an offense focused more on Bam Adebayo
The Boston Celtics nearly swept the Heat in the postseason the previous year, which left them unsatisfied. After they fell in five games in the first round in May, Miami started to work on its approach for the 2024-25 season. According to Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, the team will focus on having Bam Adebayo take the lead offensively.
Spoelstra said that he wants to see aggression from the star big man when it comes to shooting 3-pointers. Adebayo isn't known for his outside shooting but is skilled enough to hit the occasional 3-pointer when needed. This season, fans will see a different player offensively as many rely on him to be more aggressive on that end.
"It's the versatility that's going to help our offense," Spoelstra said. "Him being able to stretch out to the three and space the floor helps us. His confidence has grown you know obviously shooting the 3.
"And also the other aspects of his game are still just as important. That's what happens as you grow. You take on more responsibilities that more is expected. I really like the spacing. I like him taking those shots with confidence."
The coach said that he plans to have Adebayo shoot at least five to seven 3-pointers this season.
