LeBron James has accomplished everything and more in the NBA. He's won almost every single award that can be won, and he's still going strong at his age.

However, some still don't believe he's the greatest player of all time. Given how little time he may have left in his career, that's not likely to change.

Notably, that's why Kwame Brown believes he's taking a hiatus from social media, as he's drawn a lot of backlash about how he has handled Bronny James' career.

"This whole narrative with LeBron is to get accolades so he can be the GOAT," Brown told Gilbert Arenas on Wednesday's episode of the 'Kwame Brown Bust Life' podcast. "I think that keeps him up at night. I think that's the reason he's running from social media: because his son is a stain on his GOATship, and he should've never gotten a guaranteed contract."

Brown, like many other athletes or pundits, has taken multiple jabs at Bronny. For Arenas, it's all about having a more aggressive mindset:

“The problem with Bronny’s game is he’s not aggressive, and when you’re not looking to score, it becomes a problem," Arenas said. "When you’re looking to make passes, you miss everything. If you just be ultra-aggressive, like, I’m looking to score, you stop me, then I make the pass. But if you’re sitting here trying to make a pass and the rim is right here, It becomes a harder game.”

Gilbert Arenas says LeBron James will retire next year

LeBron James teased about retiring two years ago, and he recently said that he's not going to play until the wheels fall off. Gilbert Arenas shared his thoughts on when he thinks the LA Lakers star might call it a career:

"He is leaving next year," Arenas said on his 'Gil's Arena' podcast on Nov. 18. "In 2026, he will be gone from here. Look at him, what else is he proving here? There is nothing to prove. Today, he has something that I never saw coming. No player saw it coming: playing with his son. It's the first time in his career that he can be with his son 365 days a year."

As much as some believe it didn't happen organically, the fact that James played long enough to still be in the league with his firstborn is remarkable nonetheless. Now, with not a lot of things to still accomplish, there might not be that much motivation to keep putting his body through that physical burden especially as he's about to turn 40 on Dec. 30.
