Steph Curry's sister Sydel Curry Lee shared an emotional Instagram story on Friday from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, where she was cheering on her husband and Phoenix Suns guard Damion Lee. Sydel was in the stands during the Suns' 123-116 loss to the Lakers and posted a photo of the basketball court on her Instagram story.

Alongside the photo, Sydel expressed her gratitude for being able to travel and support Damion, while also opening up about the challenges of constant travel and life on the road.

"Last stop. Home tomorrow. So grateful to be able to travel and support," Sydel wrote. "However I cannot explain how excited I am to be home tomorrow. I feel so behind on life and disoriented from all this travel. I need to recenter and reground asap!"

While Sydel was in Los Angeles to support Damion, the Suns guard did not see any playing time for the second consecutive game. In the offseason, Damion signed a two-year, $5.4 million contract with the Suns after missing all of last season due to complications in his recovery from meniscus surgery.

Damion was previously part of the Steph Curry-led Golden State Warriors team that won the championship in 2022. Shortly after their title victory, the former Louisville guard signed with the Suns.

Sydel Curry's love for husband Damion Lee

Stephen Curry’s younger sister Sydel Curry married Damion Lee in 2018. Together, they are the proud parents of two children, son Daxon Wardell-Xavier Lee and daughter Aryn Alicia Lee. Since they began dating, Sydel has supported Damion through all the ups and downs of his professional career and life.

Sydel frequently expresses her love for Damion on social media. Recently, she shared a heartfelt post on Instagram to celebrate the Suns guard’s 32nd birthday.

"My favorite thing to do is celebrate you! Happy birthday my love," Sydel wrote on Instagram. "I’m so thankful for your presence in my life and in our children’s lives. You are loved by many and such a great man! Cheers to many many more! #32."

The Phoenix Suns are set to play their first home game of the season on Saturday against the Dallas Mavericks. Sydel is likely to attend the game at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, to cheer on Damion.
