Former NBA star Matt Barnes and Vice President Kamala Harris talked about a lot of topics in the 47-minute-long episode, including the heartbreak felt when the NBA left Oakland. During one of the segments, Harris shed light on the historic milestone she would achieve if she became the President of the United States.
Barnes asked Harris about her thoughts on not being only the first woman but also the first black woman President of the United States of America. The democratic party presidential candidate had a ready response to Barnes' question.
"Well not there yet, knock wood," Harris said. "My mother had many sayings and one of them she would say to me Kamala, you may be the first to do many things, make sure you are not the last and I take that so very seriously. I have had the good fortune to mentor a lot of people along the way including to this day."
Kamala Harris is currently on her presidential campaign and is going against the Republican party's presidential candidate and former president of the USA, Donald Trump.
