Karl-Anthony Towns' girlfriend Jordyn Woods' happy memories with her late father were engulfed by the ravaging fire that has devasted Los Angeles. The social media influencer posted a picture of a burnt house on the Malibu coast in her Instagram story and wrote about her heartbreak.
"I have so many memories of and with my dad on PCH," Woods wrote. "California as we know it will never be the same. Our kids and our future will never get to see the same place we once knew. Praying for those affected 💔 I couldn't sleep last night. Praying for a miracle."

Karl-Anthony Towns and girlfriend Jordyn Woods surprised their family with White House tour
Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns surprised their families when they took them for a visit to the White House. Karl-Anthony Towns' father, Jordyn Woods' mother and her sister Jodie Woods accompanied the couple for their first time visit.
The New York Knicks and the Washington Wizards played two consecutive games on Dec. 29 and Dec. 31. With a spare day in their hands, Towns and Woods decided to take a tour of the White House.
Jordyn Woods also made a montage of their visit and posted it on social media. The family lip-synced on the theme song from "Cory in the House" and showed some moves in the video.
"Jordy in the House 🤍 surprised our family with a tour of the White House!! 🥹," Woods wrote in the caption.
This was not the first time that Karl Anthony-Towns had visited the White House. He had previously been invited to the most powerful construction in the world for his philanthropy.
However, it would also be a great feeling for the Knicks star to visit the White House as an NBA champion. The Knicks are one of the top five teams in the league and top three teams in the East, so the title dream isn't far-fetched.
