NBA draft prospect Jared McCain put on a stylish outfit ahead of draft night on Wednesday. McCain showed off his fashion sense with a designer outfit for his special occasion. The 6-foot-3 guard had an all-black Dolce & Gabbana ensemble, turning heads as he made his way through the red carpet.

McCain has always expressed how fashionable he is with his nails, and he paired them as part of his outfit. The guard painted his nails black to go along with his all-black attire.

A few mock drafts have put McCain to be selected in the middle of the first round. They've mentioned his name around the 10th to 20th pick.

Jared McCain is ready for any situation and pokes fun at former player

As the 2024 NBA draft slowly approached, the prospects had a chance to talk to a few media members about their journey to the league. Jared McCain had a chance to talk to ESPN where former player Kendrick Perkins noticed how the prospect carries himself as a leader.

Perkins asked McCain where he got his confidence from and if he was ready to be a leader in the league.

"I credit my parents, my brother; they raised me to always be myself," McCain said. "Whether that's expressing with nail polish or dancing on TikTok, whatever it is, I'm always going to be myself in any situation I go to. If that's a leader, then that's what it is, but I'm always just trying to bring some joy into any room I go into.

McCain hilariously advised the other ESPN analyst and also former player Richard Jefferson. Cassidy Hubbarth asked McCain to give the former New Jersey Nets forward tips regarding TikTok. The draft prospect didn't hesitate to make fun of him.

"I think hair is really a big thing on TikTok," McCain said. "It's just one of those things you have to have. I don't really know how to go from there."

In the end, both McCain and Jefferson had fun with their hilarious exchange over TikTok hair.

McCain spent one season at Duke, where he put up 14.3 points, five rebounds and 1.9 assists. He showed his impressive shooting stroke as he made 41.4% of his shots from beyond the arc.
