Magic Johnson celebrated a lavish Father’s Day with his family and friends on Monday. In his Instagram, the LA Lakers legend shared pictures of the party that involved some of the most-known faces in the league and Hollywood.

Johnson posted pictures of the Father’s Day bash at his $11 million Los Angeles mansion. He posted photos with his children, EJ Johnson, Elisa Johnson and Andre Johnson, and his wife, Cookie Johnson.

The NBA legend had invited his Lakers championship teammates Byron Scott, Kurt Rambis and Michael Cooper. Hollywood star Samuel L. Jackson was also there.

Posting pictures on his Instagram, the Lakers legend captioned the post:

“Cookie and I enjoyed an amazing Father’s Day bash at the house with our closest family and friends celebrating some incredible fathers!”

Johnson and Scott formed one of the greatest backcourts in NBA history. While Johnson remains one of the greatest playmakers in NBA history, Scott’s shooting and scoring helped start the Lakers Showtime era. The duo won three championships together.

Johnson, Scott, Rambis and Cooper have coached the LA Lakers at one point in their career. Although they helped set up one of the greatest dynasties in the NBA, they didn't have much success as an NBA coach.

Andre, born in 1981, is the first child of Johnson and his former partner, Melissa Mitchell. He had his first child, EJ" Johnson III, with Cookie Johnson on June 4, 1992. Their daughter, Elisa Johnson, who is 29, was adopted by Magic and Cookie Johnson when she was just three days old.

Magic Johnson’s son, Andre Johnson, wished the Lakers legend on Instagram on Father’s Day. The eldest son of the five-time NBA champion thanked him for being the best example of being a family man.

“Happy Father’s Day dad. Thank you for being the best example of a Father and how a man should take care of his family that anyone could ask for. I hope you enjoyed your special day and I love you,” Andre Johnson wrote.

Magic had Andre Johnson with Melissa Mitchell in 1981. Although Andre's custody remained with his mother, Magic has always been a part of his life as a father.

Andre Johnson has been deeply involved in his dad's business for a long time as the Magic Johnson Enterprises marketing director. After Andre's business venture with his father, he took over the position of vice president at SimWin Sports, a digital sports league. He also has his podcast called "Please Elaborate" with Mike Dupree.
