In Pictures: LeBron James' mom Gloria James shares sweet throwback photos of Zhuri to celebrate Granddaughter's Day

LeBron James' mom Gloria took to social media to celebrate a special day for Zhuri, LeBron's third kid and only daughter. To celebrate Granddaughters Day, Gloria took to Instagram to share some pictures of herself with Zhuri alongside a heartfelt message.

"Happy Granddaughters Day 🧒🏽👩🏽‍🦱 Grammy loves you beyond the moon, @allthingszhuri 🩷🩷🩷!!!!" she captioned the post.

Zhuri Nova James was born in 2014 as the third kid of LeBron James and his high school sweetheart, Savannah. She's a little over a month away from turning 10 years old (Oct. 22) and has already shown passion for sports.

Back in May, the James family attended Zhuri's volleyball game, with Savannah recording the kid giving her all on the court.

"She is working out there!!!" wrote Savannah on her Instagram story.

If somebody needed confirmation, watching Zhuri go off while playing volleyball shows James' sporting genes have been transferred to the next generation. Bronny James was selected by the LA Lakers as the No. 55 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft while Bryce James is trying to follow in his footsteps and make it to the league in a couple of years.

It's unclear if Zhuri will pursue a professional career in sports, but she's already showing the ability to do so.

LeBron James' mom has been a big supporter for the whole family

LeBron James' mom has never been shy to express her love for her family, starting with her son. She was there when James reached 40K NBA career points, has helped LeBron with his I Promise School, teaching third grade with a group of teachers.

For her 56th birthday, James penned a touching message, calling her his "angel."

"Happy Birthday My Heaven Sent Angel!! 🐐 James 🐐 James yeah that's you!!! Thank you for everything and more mama! Love you ♾️ and beyond!!"
