In Pictures: Scottie Pippen's ex-wife Larsa Pippen and daughter Sophia enjoy 4th of July on swanky yacht

Scottie Pippen's ex-wife Larsa Pippen spent the 4th of July with their 15-year-old daughter Sophia in a luxurious yacht in Miami. Larsa and her daughter celebrated the United States' Independence Day with friends, enjoying the sea, food and other amenities available aboard.

In a series of Instagram stories, Larsa shared several snippets of her time with friends. She also tagged Sophia in some of the reels, with the 15-year-old doing some activities such as swimming and bathing under the sun.

Larsa has been enjoying her summer vacation, celebrating the 4th of July in Miami with her daughter. Days before Independence Day, she spent time in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She also visited Chicago late last month following the successful launch of her product called "Larsa Light."

Larsa Pippen supports Sophia's modeling career

Scottie Pippen and his second wife Larsa Pippen hve four children together – Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin and Sophia. Scotty plays in the NBA and is currently signed with the Memphis Grizzlies, while Preston has a social media presence. He's also friends with Shareef and Shaqir O'Neal, as well as Bronny James.

On the other hand, Justin is a high school basketball prospect playing for Sierra Canyon. He is set to play for the Michigan Wolverines next season. Meanwhile, Sophia lives in Los Angeles and is an aspiring model, having secured a deal with Fashion Nova.

"Sophia makes money. You know, I have a deal with Fashion Nova, and they gave her a deal, and she was the face for Oscar de la Renta (Kids)." Larsa said in an interview with Andy Cohen back in March. [H/T Bravo TV]

Larsa Pippen has no problems with Sophia living in LA

In an episode of "Real Housewives of Miami" last season, Larsa Pippen opened up about Sophia living in Los Angeles with her father Scottie Pippen. Larsa loves to support her daughter's modeling career and appreciates when she flies to Miami to spend time with her.

"Sophia is a freshman in high school. She wanted to go to school in L.A. this year. It's hard. For sure, it's hard. But, for me, Miami is home. Like, that's where my heart and my soul is, and Sophia loves being in LA, and so it's okay. You know, her dad is there. She kind of goes back and forth, and she's happy. Larsa and Scottie were married from 1997 to 2021 although they separated in 2018. While the Chicago Bulls legend made headlines over the years for his comments about Michael Jordan, Larsa stirred controversy when she dated Jordan's son Marcus last year.
