Anthony Davis will be sidelined for the team's Tuesday clash against the San Antonio Spurs. The Dallas Mavericks released an update stating that their three bigs — Davis, Daniel Gafford, and Dereck Lively II are all progressing, but are yet without a timeline on return.

Per ESPN's updated injury report, Davis has been cleared for on-court movements and will be evaluated weekly. This would mean that the center will not be suiting up against the Spurs. Davis, whom the Mavericks acquired from the LA Lakers ahead of the trade deadline in exchange for Luka Doncic in a blockbuster deal, was injured 31 minutes into his Mavericks debut against the Houston Rockets on Feb. 8. His injury was diagnosed as an adductor strain and has not laced up since.
