Kevin Durant's status against the Milwaukee Bucks has been announced. Phoenix won't be able to count on Durant, who is sidelined with an ankle injury, for their home game against the Bucks on Tuesday.

The Phoenix Suns forward has dealt with several injuries in the 2022-23 season and has missed three straight games.

A matchup between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Durant would have been a treat for basketball fans. However, both superstars may miss Tuesday night's matchup, which is the second of a back-to-back for both teams.

Durant is one of the best scorers in the NBA. He's deadly from every range. Despite standing at 6-foot-10, KD is very quick, which makes him extremely difficult to guard.

However, the 13-time All-Star hasn't been able to stay healthy lately. He was traded to the Phoenix Suns just before the trade deadline, but has appeared in only three games since then.

Durant has been ruled out of Tuesday night's matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks. He hasn't played since March 5 against the Dallas Mavericks, when he scored 37 points on 12-for-17 shooting.

Durant has appeared in 27 regular-season games against the Bucks during his career. He's averaged 25.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game in them.

When might Kevin Durant return to action?

Kevin Durant will miss his 10th game for the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night. The team will re-evaluate him in two to three weeks, meaning he will miss a few more games at the very least.

The Suns have the fourth-toughest remaining schedule. However, Durant won't be able to help them as he will likely return only in late March or early April.

With a 37-31 record, the Suns are currently fourth in the West. They have 14 games left in the season and are unlikely to move up the standings as the Sacramento Kings are 3.5 games ahead of them.
