Paul Pierce is not getting married to his former ESPN colleague Michelle Beadle despite what some people on the internet are trying to spread. Pierce and Beadle worked at ESPN on "Get Up!" before leaving the network under different circumstances.
A fan on X, formerly known as Twitter, randomly asked Beadle if she ever was married to Pierce at some point in time.
Here's the 48-year-old presenter's reply:
"Not that I know of…"

Since Pierce was tagged by the original poster, he had a witty reply to his former colleague:
"Whaaaaat I thought we were."
Paul Pierce and Michelle Beadle worked together on ESPN's "Get Up!" for about a year before Beadle quietly negotiated a contract buyout with the network. Pierce, on the other hand, was fired in April 2021 after what was deemed an inappropriate Instagram livestream featuring women in bikinis and twerking, alcohol and weed.
As for their relationship, it seems like the two are great friends, especially with Beadle among those who supported Pierce after ESPN dismissed him. She even wrote the following on Instagram:
"Looks like our cooking and dance show can finally happen. You book the dancers. I'll grab some grub. Boom. Emmy."
After leaving ESPN, Beadle ventured towards podcasting, as well as radio, and currently works as a broadcaster for the San Antonio Spurs. Some of her current shows include "Beadle & Decker" with Cody Decker on Mad Dog Sports Radio and SiriusXM, "Run It Back" on FanDuel TV and "Over the Top" podcast with Peter Rosenberg, wherein they discussed pro wrestling and pop culture.
Paul Pierce was previously married
Paul Pierce was married to Julie Landrum in 2010 although they were in a relationship for quite some time before that. The couple had three children together – daughters Prianna and Adrian, and a son named Prince Paul.
They got divorced at some point but there has never been a confirmation until last year when Pierce tweeted this:
"I'm single what's up."
Since getting fired by ESPN, Pierce has made sporadic appearances for Fox Sports 1 in Skip Bayless' "Undisputed" show as a guest analyst. He also has a podcast with former Boston Celtics teammate Kevin Garnett called "Ticket and The Truth" under the KG Certified network.
Pierce was also recently seen celebrating the Boston Celtics' championship last month. He was among those present in Game 2 of the NBA Finals and was sitting courtside. He played the majority of his career with the Celtics, winning a ring with them in 2008.
