Golden State needs every win to try to avoid the play-in tournament. They sit seventh in the Western Conference standings, and the top six teams advance to the playoffs automatically.

The defending champions are tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves (39-37) right now, who sit in sixth due to tiebreakers. The Warriors are one game behind the LA Clippers (40-36) and 1.5 games behind the Phoenix Suns (40-35).

Steph Curry is averaging 29.3 points per game and 6.0 assists per game in March. He is shooting 41.9% from 3 and 49.6% from the field this month.
