Ja Morant's ex-girlfriend KK Dixon reacts in 3 words as daughter Kaari J tries her hand at courtside photography

Memphis Grizzlies All-Star guard Ja Morant's ex-girlfriend KK Dixon showcased her happiness as she witnessed her daughter, Kaari J Morant try her hand at photography on the sidelines of an NBA game. Dixon took to Instagram on Sunday to share a picture of her five-year-old daughter holding a camera while standing courtside.

Dixon added a three-word caption to her story, writing:

"Flicks by Kaari J 🤣🤍 "

Ja Morant and Dixon welcomed their child Kaari J in August 2019, two years after they first met and began dating. The couple announced their split in 2023 but are co-parenting their daughter. Dixon, is the founder and CEO of Dixon Brands LLC and is also the author of an activity book for children which she created based on her experiences with her daughter.

Ja Morant shares a special bond with his daughter, and his daughter is present for many of her dad's games. One such instance came during his home debut last year following a lengthy league-imposed suspension for off-court issues.

Following their victory over the Indiana Pacers, Morant celebrated the win with his daughter and carried her in his arms, while speaking to the broadcaster about the emotions that he was experiencing. He also tried to get Kaari to say the catchphrase he uses after winning at home - "It's a parade inside my city yeah."

The All-Star guard has led the Grizzlies to an 18-9 record this season. Morant averages 22.1 ppg, 4.5 rpg and 8.6 apg and the Grizzlies currently occupy the second spot in the Western Conference, behind only the OKC Thunder who have a 20-5 record.
