Ja Morant's ex KK Dixon drops 3 words for selfie with pouting daughter Kaari

KK Dixon, the ex-girlfriend of Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant shared a boomerang image of herself on her Instagram Stories. However, she was not alone in the image as she was also accompanied by two young girls. One of the kids in the image is her daughter with Morant, Kaari Jaidyn Morant.

Dixon was all smiles as she took the selfie. Meanwhile, her daughter, Kaari, held up the peace sign while pouting as she posed for the photo.

Dixon also included a caption to the image:

"Both my minis."

Ja Morant and KK Dixon began dating in 2017 while they were still in college. In August 2019, Dixon gave birth to their daughter, Kaari Jaidyn Morant.

Kaari has been seen supporting her father during games. In fact, she sometimes sports a smaller version of her father's jersey. She is also often featured in some of KK Dixon's posts on Instagram where the two are seen bonding. Morant and Dixon broke up in 2023 but the pair have continued to co-parent Kaari.

Morant and Dixon's daughter was also an Instagram celebrity. However, it seems like her IG account has been deleted.

Kaari Morant once hit the griddy with her father Ja Morant and the rest of the Memphis Grizzlies squad

Kaari Morant has been a regular presence in Ja Morant's games, cheering for him and providing a morale boost to the whole Memphis Grizzlies squad. Kaari hasn't just been a spectator, as she's also been involved in some of the Grizzlies' victory celebrations.

On Dec. 8, 2022, the Grizzlies hosted the OKC Thunder at FedEx Forum in Memphis. The Grizz successfully defended their homecourt against the Thunder, winning by 21 points in front of their home crowd (123-102).

After the game, the Grizzlies squad stood in a circle on midcourt as they danced to celebrate the win. In the middle of everyone was none other than Kaari Morant who led her father and all the other Memphis players as they did the griddy.

In that game, Ja secured a triple-double. He scored 26 points on an efficient 8-for-16 shooting clip. He also grabbed 13 rebounds and dished 11 assists.

Former Grizzlies swingman Dillon Brooks was the second-best performer for Memphis, contributing 24 points. Meanwhile, Jaren Jackson Jr., who won the Defensive Player of the Year award that year, rejected a total of five shots and finished with two steals.
