Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies are re-emerging as Western Conference contenders after an abysmal 27-55 campaign last season. With Ja Morant healthy and the addition of several key pieces, the Grizzlies are off to one of the best starts of any Western Conference team through a quarter of the NBA season.

Morant isn't the only player shining in Memphis this season, as Jaren Jackson Jr. leads the Grizzlies in scoring to this point of the season. Jackson Jr. added to his impressive start to the season in Memphis' 136-121 win over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday night.

Following the win, Morant took to X (formerly Twitter) to show support to his star teammate, commending his performance.
