Jalen Green's gf Draya Michele speaks out on cheating allegations with Gilbert Arenas after Laura Govan's $25k remarks

Houston Rockets star Jalen Green's girlfriend Draya Michele broke her silence allegations of cheating by Gilbert Arenas' ex Laura Govan. She accused Michele of having a casual affair with the former NBA player.

The issue was brought to fore during Govan's appearance on Carlos King's podcast, Reality With the King, which dropped on Oct. 30. Asked by the host of a story told by former NBA player Nick Young about Arenas and Michele allegedly getting intimate behind the back of a car, Govan answered in the affirmative, referring to Michele as Arenas' "jump-off," or someone he had casual relationship with.

She said she learned of the alleged relationship between Arenas and Michele when she allegedy discovered papers at her house suggesting Arenas had paid her $25,000 and brought her to LA. Michele was Govan's former cast mate on the reality TV show Basketball Wives LA.

In a series of Instagram stories, Draya Michele defended herself from the allegations, claiming she met Arenas he was not married.

Part of her post read:

"I didn't mess with anyone's husband. Let's be clear that no one was married. Let's also be clear that the interactions I had with him were years before I was on the show..."

She went to talk about her time with Govan on Basketball Wives LA and how she intends to approach the matter moving forward.

Draya Michele hits back at "people's problem" at her age difference with beau Jalen Green

As she deals with the whole Gilbert Arenas issue, Draya Michele is steadily building her relationship with Jalen Green, notwithstanding their 17-year age difference.

The 39-year-old actress and fashion designer spoke about her relationship in a conversation with TMZ. She said it was growing strong nothwithstanding what other people say.

She said:

"I don't know what people's problem is. Two adults being in love, I don't know why the would rub people the wrong way. It's kind of weird. Love is love at the end of the day."

Green and Draya Michele were first spotted together in public in August 2023. They welcomed their daughter in May 2024.

Meanwhile, Green signed a three-year, $106-million contract extension, giving the couple more reason to celebrate.
