Jalen Green's girlfriend, Draya Michele, went on social media to support her boyfriend amid the NBA All-Star voting. Green is arguably the best player on the Houston Rockets squad and Michele believes that her man is worthy of becoming an All-Star this season.
Michele went on Instagram to repost an image from the Rockets' official IG page featuring a photo asking fans to vote for Jalen Green. Michele reposted it on her Instagram stories with the caption:
"You can vote more than once... 1x a day."

The All-Star voting began back on Dec. 19, 2024. From that point forward, fans were eligible to vote for their favorite NBA stars once per day. Fans can only vote for five players from each conference. These five players are inclusive of three frontcourt players and two backcourt players. Fans only have until Jan. 20 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time to vote for their All-Stars.
Jalen Green proves worthy of All-Star selection after beating Grizzlies
Jalen Green and the Houston Rockets took on the Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum on Thursday. As the All-Star voting is rapidly coming to a close, Green is further making a case for his All-Star selection after helping the Rockets to a 119-115 victory over the Grizzlies.
Looking at Green's numbers, he played efficiently on both offense and defense, adding 27 points and three steals to knockdown Memphis. His efforts significantly complemented Alperen Sengun's 32 points and 14 rebounds. He also had solid accuracy on Thursday as he shot 50% from 3-point land and 52.4% overall.
Looking at Jalen Green's performances so far this season, it's perhaps not as explosive compared to other NBA All-Star candidates. However, his leadership on the court is one of the main reasons why the Houston Rockets are sitting in second place in the Western Conference this season.
Green hasn't missed a game yet. In the 37 games he's played so far, he has averaged 20.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals. Those numbers have led the Rockets to a solid 25-12 record, surprising the league as they weren't expected to perform as good as they have been so far.
Putting all these factors together, Jalen Green has a good chance of becoming an All-Star this season.
