As per the third return of the fan voting for the 2025 All-Star game released on Jan. 16, Green was not in the top ten. Jalen Green is unlikely to be named as one of the starters, who will be announced on Thursday during TNT's pre-game show.

Green has yet to be named to an All-Star team or win any personal accolades in the NBA, even when he played his best season.

In 2022-23, the Rockets guard averaged a career-best 22.1 points per game. He also registered 3.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists per contest. That year, the backcourt starters were Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving for Team LeBron and Donovan Mitchell and Ja Morant for Team Giannis.

This season, Green has averaged 21.3 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 2.7 apg and a career-best 1.0 steals through 43 games. While he is unlikely to be named a starter in this year's All-Star game, there is still a chance he is selected as a reserve.

The reserves will be announced on Jan. 30 but even then, some changes can still be made to the All-Star roster. Players could end up not playing for the All-Star team if they get injured, which would prompt the league to look for replacements.
