Jimmy Butler wins Camila Cabello's heart by declaring his love for 'Latin' countries and 'football'

Cabello and Butler went head-to-head for a HORSE game during a Q&A video of “Complex.” During the break, Cabello asked Butler about his thoughts on the best thing about Miami. Butler named Miami's food and the diversity of its people as the city's best features.

Cabello was born and raised in Cuba and she has a Latin background. Butler, who is American, left her confused when she asked the Heat player if he meant soccer, and Butler gestured with his foot.

“Woow…Now you are a Latin basically if you are calling it a football,” said the singer, impressed with Butler.

“I am like Brazilian some days Columbian other days. It’s like I am everywhere, Cuban somedays,” Butler responded.

During the HORSE game, Jimmy Butler asked Camila Cabello about the biggest turnoff she finds in people when dating. Cabello said that she loved sweet talkers when she was a child but now that she has grown up, it's a big a no for her.

“I don’t like people who like talk and they don’t follow up on things…I don’t like empty words. I think that’s a new thing for me too. Coz I think when I was younger I really loved like a sweet talker,” said the Señorita singer. [7:55]

When Cabello flipped the question on the Heat star, he said that he doesn’t like people who spend their time serving only their self-interests.

“I don’t like people who are all about themselves coz the world is bigger than you I feel like I had to learn at one point in time too.”

The Heat player added that now he gets his share of happiness when he sees others succeed in life.

Jimmy Butler’s romantic life is extremely private, and he doesn’t share it with the world. He has a daughter who was born during the 2019-20 season with Kaitlin Nowak. According to Clutch Point, they have been dating each other for a few years now.
