Jordan Poole wasted no time before firing off a lowkey jab at Draymond Green in the wake of the Warriors' big man's snoozer of a performance on Thursday night. Over 19 minutes of action in Golden State's 93-144 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, Green logged zero points, rebounds, and assists, finishing the game 0-4 from the field and 0-1 from downtown.

After the game, fans were quick to crack jokes about the situation, comparing Green's performance to Tony Snell's infamous empty stat line with the Milwaukee Bucks, which has since become a meme.

Wizards standout Jordan Poole, who was punched in the face by Green two summers ago when they were both in Golden State, liked one of the posts, throwing some shade at Green.

What have Jordan Poole and Draymond Green said about the infamous scuffle?

After winning a title, and prior to their infamous training camp incident, Green described his relationship with Poole as a mentor-mentee type relationship.

However, after Green punched Poole during practice, the relationship between the two changed. While they played together the following season, attempting to repair what was broken, the team was unable to replicate their championship success.

After being traded to Washington, Poole was asked where things stood between the two former teammates:

"I don't have no answer for you. Other than that, we was just on the court and teammates, and we was out there trying to win games. What I do recall saying at the beginning of the season is that, 'We're coming. We're going to come out here. We're going to play on the court. We're going to try to win a championship.'"
"We were teammates. It's just business, honestly. And that's really all it was, it is, it has been. It's just been business. It's been basketball," Poole added.

On the flip side, DGreen has expressed regret over the situation, saying that it hurt him to watch as the rest of the team celebrated Poole's contract with the Warriors.

On an episode of his "Draymond Green Show" this past summer, the four-time NBA champ reflected on the fallout from the punch:

"When I took JP under my wing, and to see him have success, was the best thing for me. One of the worst feelings I’ve ever had as an NBA basketball player was seeing him get a contract and knowing I f*cked it off and I couldn’t celebrate his contract."
"I think he had a party or something with his people in San Francisco or something. And to not be able to go celebrate that with him, and I f*cked it off, I did… I messed that one up. But it hurts," Green added.

Even though it's been a little over two years since the punch, it seems like the relationship between the two is beyond repair.
