This weekend, New York Knicks star Josh Hart was on the wrong end of a brutal beatdown in Connect Four. In a post on her Instagram story, Hart's wife, Shannon Phillips showed off a photo of the two playing Connect Four, except rather than connecting four similar colors, she connected six yellow pieces together in an impressive display.

With the 2024-25 NBA season approaching, Hart and his wife are enjoying some downtime before the Knicks begin practice on Oct. 1.

Although teams like the Boston Celtics and the Denver Nuggets, who are competing in this year's Abu Dhabi games, begin practice on Sep. 25, Tom Thibodeau's team will have to wait until Oct. 1.

After making waves in the playoffs last year despite injuries to key players, the Knicks made a series of big acquisitions this offseason to bolster their roster. Most notably, they acquired Mikal Bridges from the Brooklyn Nets, pairing him with Hart, Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle in the starting lineup.

Looking at Josh Hart's offseason leading up to highly anticipated 2024-25 season for the New York Knicks

This offseason has been a busy one for Josh Hart. After he and the New York Knicks were eliminated from the 2023-24 NBA Playoffs by the Indiana Pacers in the second round, Hart began the offseason with a post on Instagram thanking fans for their support.

The end of the NBA season also coincided with the end of the first season of Hart and Jalen Brunson's Roommates Show podcast, with the duo dropping a recap episode of the first season.

Without basketball obligations, and with The Roommates Show on hiatus, Josh Hart enjoyed some time with his family, showing off photos and videos of dad life for his fans around the world.

Morever, Hart and Brunson also teased the launch of season two of The Roommates Show, announcing that they will kick off the second season on Sep. 7 with a live show in Central Park with a slew of guests, including Mikal Bridges.

Most recently, Hart and Brunson attended the first-ever Fanatics Fan Fest, appearing in photos alongside other New York legends like Carmelo Anthony, Jalen Rose, Jay-Z and Ja Rule.

With the live season two kickoff of The Roommates Show right around the corner, and the start of NBA training camps approaching, Hart's schedule is only going to get busier.
