How did Kawhi Leonard perform against the Milwaukee Bucks?

Kawhi Leonard played six minutes in the first quarter and was limited to just two points. It wasn't a pretty period for the LA Clippers star, but the score was tied at 28 after the first 12 minutes.

"The Klaw" picked things up in the second quarter, adding nine points to his tally as the Clippers went back and forth with the Bucks. He also had three rebounds and two assists at the half, but the Clippers were down 59-58 heading into the third quarter.

Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo had 36 points and 13 rebounds, while Damian Lillard dropped a triple-double of 29 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists. Gary Trent Jr. continued his hot shooting with 17 points off the bench, knocking down five 3-point shots.

What's next for Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers?

The LA Clippers are set to start a four-game road trip on Monday against the Phoenix Suns. Kawhi Leonard is set to be a part of the trip and will play all four contests barring any setbacks.

Leonard missed the first half of the season because of a left knee injury. He has only played seven games so far after he took some time off to deal with the Los Angeles wildfire that affected some of his family members.

The Clippers are now 6-1 with Leonard in the lineup this season. They will try to further improve their position in the Western Conference standings, wherein they are in sixth place at 26-19.
