The LA Wildfire is ripping across the city, burning down homes to the ashes and leaving several families stranded. Amid this, a heartbreaking video of a mother, an LA resident, has gone viral on social media.
The young mom opened the video with a forced smile but quickly started crying, showing the remnants of her burnt house and car. She asked people to watch it to draw support and help for her family.
"My home, my car, everything we owned is gone," she wrote. "Pls watch this video to help support me & my family. Say a prayer for everyone affected. It’s a sad day in our cities."

Heartbroken with the tragic sight of destruction, several big names in the NBA commented on the post, sending prayers.
Kyle Kuzma's girlfriend Winnie Harlow reacted:
"So sorry 🙏❤️🩹 praying your broken hearts heal!"
Celebrity dentist Amira Ogunleye also commented on the post:
"My God. Cover this young woman and her family. 🙏🙏," she wrote.
Former WNBA player Anriel Howard, also known by her WWE stage name Lash Legend, prayed for the suffering families. She commented on the post with prayer emojis.
Kevin Durant and Draymond Green's mothers also commented on the post.
"Our prayers are with all of you," wrote Mama Durant.
Green's mother Mary Babers-Green also sent her condolences with two broken heart emojis.
Chicago Sky assistant coach and former WNBA player Tamera Young also commented on the post using folded-hand prayer emojis.
The LA Wildfire is the biggest in the history of Los Angeles. Over 10,000 houses have already burnt down from the raging inferno. At least 10 people have also lost their lives in the fire.
According to BBC, 179,000 people have been given evacuation orders. Another 200,000 have already received the evacuation warning, meaning they will soon also have to evacuate their homes.

Some areas of Los Angeles appear like the scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. People have not only lost their houses and prized belongings but also hundreds of memories that they had growing up or living in the city.
Karl-Anthony Towns' girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, who was born in LA in 1997, also had her memories with her father burnt to the ashes by the LA wildfire. She posted a picture of the burnt houses along the Malibu coast and wrote an emotional note, praying for the victims of the wildfire.
"I have so many memories of and with my dad on PCH," Woods wrote. "California as we know it will never be the same. Our kids and our future will never get to see the same place we once knew. Praying for those affected 💔 I couldn't sleep last night. Praying for a miracle."
According to the NY Times, around 35,000 acres of land have brunt down, along with the structures due to the LA wildfire. It is also estimated that the loss due to the LA wildfire could be around $20 billion. The number is way more than $12 billion in 2018 caused by the Camp fire in Northern California, according to CA Department of Insurance.
