On Wednesday, the marriage counselor shared another one of her inspiring messages. She wrote on IG:

Russell Westbrook and Nina Westbrook often show love and appreciation for each other on Instagram. Westbrook’s wife had a message for the Denver Nuggets guard during a special event:

The Westbrooks reportedly started dating since 2007. They met at UCLA when the future OKC Thunder guard starred for the Bruins. Nina, also a well-known collegiate athlete, was part of the women’s basketball team. She was also a track star who specialized in the 400m.

Russell Westbrook and Nina Westbrook married on Aug. 29, 2015, in a star-studded event in Beverly Hills. Among those who attended the wedding ceremony were former Thunder teammates Kevin Durant, James Harden and Serge Ibaka. Kevin Love, a former Bruin, was also spotted in the crowd.

Nine years later, the Westbrooks are going strong. They are parents to three children.
