NBA fans roasted Magic Johnson after his latest social media post. The LA Lakers legend took to X and promoted D'Angelo Russell's signature smoothie at Erewhon.
"I was at Erewhon this morning and picked up their new smoothie honoring Laker D’Angelo Russell!" Johnson tweeted on Sunday.
The post featured an image of Johnson wearing a green Air Jordan hoodie and trousers with white sneakers. He was holding the smoothie cup when he posed and smiled for the camera.

Fans took to the comments section and poked fun at Russell and Johnson.
"Magic Johnson honouring DLO before he gets traded 🫡 kiss of death," a fan wrote.
Others joined in and expressed similar sentiments.
"Did it cost you the number two pick in the NBA draft?" a fan said.
"Idk about this one Magic," another fan said.
"Probably for a SUPER limited time with D-Lo on his way out of LA soon…hopefully," another fan wrote.
Another fan trolled Russell and urged him to deliver consistent performances.
"How about Russel honors the Lakers and learns to play consistently," a fan commented.
"Did the smoothie shoot 5-21 and play no defense?" another fan said.
This season, D'Angelo Russell is averaging 12.6 points, on 33.3% shooting from beyond the arc — the second lowest of his career, along with 2.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game.
Magic Johnson is 'embarrassed' for the LA Lakers after they lost by 41 points to the Miami Heat
Magic Johnson had one of the greatest careers in the NBA and spent it all with the LA Lakers. So when he saw the team crumble against the Miami Heat on Dec. 4, he took to X and shared his thoughts.
"I’m embarrassed for the Lakers. They were down 32 points to the Miami Heat 105-72 at the end of the third quarter," Johnson tweeted.
LA suffered a 134-83 blowout loss as Tyler Herro dropped 31 points, including nine 3-pointers. The Lakers are 13-12 record and 10th in the Western Conference standings.
