Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless find themselves in a lawsuit with other Fox executives
On Jan. 5, AJ Perez and Michael McCarthy from Front Office Sports reported on a lawsuit concerning Joy Taylor, Skip Bayless, and other Fox executives. Noushin Faraji, a former hair stylist at the network, filed the lawsuit.
As per Front Office Sports, Faraji has alleged that the network executive used his position to sexually harass women. The former hairstylist worked at the network from 2012 until August 2024. Per the report, the head of content for FS1 made sexual advances towards the hairdresser at a birthday party.
According to the lawsuit, Faraji said that when she went to Taylor to inform her of the incident, the Fox Sports anchor told her to "get over it." The lawsuit tears apart Bayless' reputation and makes some serious allegations towards the "Undisputed" host. Bayless allegedly made advances towards the hairstylist after Faraji started working at the show.
It claims that despite Faraji showing no interest in the show's host and telling him that she did not date people from work, Bayless did not back out.
"Instead, Bayless became more aggressive over the years, according to the suit. He allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him — and claimed he could “change” her life," Perez and McCarthy wrote.
The article also states that Faraji made multiple complaints to the human resource and employee relations departments during her time at the network. Taylor has not made any statements about her involvement in the case.
