Jaylen Brown reveals the he can hold his breath for over three minutes
Jaylen Brown seems more motivated than ever while he gets ready for the next season. The reigning NBA Finals MVP was nothing short of spectacular last season, playing some of his best minutes on the floor. But Brown is not done yet as he has taken his workout to another level.
The Celtics star said that although he traveled a lot during this offseason, he has worked the hardest as well. In a conversation with NBC Boston, Brown said that he elevates his workout every year.
When asked about his viral picture where he was seen working out inside the water, Brown said that he has been trying to work on his breathing. He added working out with Luka, his trainer, has helped him hold his breath longer.
"I could probably hold my breath for like three-plus minutes under water," Brown said. "We breathe every day but we kind of take it for granted. You know breathing is such a essential for life and being underwater helps you work on your breathing and expand it. The better you breathe the better you do everything."
The Celtics will enter the season as the title favorite and all eyes will be on Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
