The LA Lakers are set to resume their season on Monday and will square off against the San Antonio Spurs in what promises to be an exciting matchup. The Purple and Gold have been on a brief hiatus after their last two games were postponed due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, which have severely impacted thousands of lives.

As the Lakers return to action, six players are listed on their injury report, including LeBron James and his son Bronny James.

LeBron is listed as "probable" as he continues to manage a left foot injury but is expected to lead the team barring any last-minute setbacks. Anthony Davis is also "probable" due to left plantar fasciitis but is likely to suit up against Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs.

Bronny James, meanwhile, is ruled out after being listed as "questionable" due to an illness, leaving his participation uncertain. The rookie logged one minute of playing time in the Lakers' last outing.

Jarred Vanderbilt (recovery from right foot surgery), Christian Wood (recovery from left knee surgery) and Jalen Hood-Schifino (left hamstring strain) are confirmed to remain sidelined for this game.

JJ Redick's squad last took the court on Tuesday, delivering a disappointing performance in a 118-97 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. Notably, the Mavericks were without their two star players, Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, making the defeat even more disheartening for the Lakers faithful

The Lakers hold sixth place in the Western Conference standings, boasting a 20-16 record through 36 games.
