Aside from his NBA career, one of the things Lamar Odom is most known for is his previous relationship with Khloe Kardashian. Years after a public fallout, the two seem to have found their way back to one another.
Odom and Kardashian married in 2009 after not dating for long and would stay together for seven years. Numerous issues led to their divorce in 2016, with the former Sixth Man of the Year's reported addiction struggles at the forefront.
Despite how things have gone in the past, Lamar Odom took a big leap and reached out to mend things with the $60 million reality TV star (per CelebrityNetWorth). The moment appeared in a teaser for the new season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
After the fact, the former LA Lakers forward touched on being surprised everything was on camera during an interview on "The Kyle & Jackie O Show" on Sunday.

"I went there, and there was cameras there, and I was like, woah, all right," Odom said. "It's cool, I understand it."
Odom spent 14 years in the NBA after being fourth overall in 1999. He is most remembered for his time with the Lakers, where he won two championships alongside Kobe Bryant. Before donning the iconic purple and gold, Odom had stints with the LA Clippers and Miami Heat as well.
In recent years, Odom has managed to overcome his battles with addiction and get clean. Now, he strives to help others who are in a similar situation. In 2023, Odom opened multiple rehab facilities in California.
Lamar Odom refuses to confirm that he and Khloe Kardashian are back together
While this sentimental moment was caught on camera, Lamar Odom refused to say he and Khloe Kardashian are officially back together. When asked the big question, he dismissed it with a subtle response.
During his interview on "The Kyle & Jackie O Show," Odom opened up on how this gesture came to be. It all started when he bumped into a mutual friend of his and his ex-wife. They felt that enough time had passed and suggested the two try to find their way back to one another.
"She came to me, she said, ‘Lamar, I think it’s time for you and Khloé," Odom said. "You haven’t seen her. If you’re up for it, I think I can make it happen.’”
This encounter got the ball rolling and eventually led to Lamar Odom's grand gesture being caught on camera. When asked if this meant they were back together, the longtime NBA forward declined the notion.
"It’d be a blessing just to be a friend, just to be around her,” Odom continued.
Eleven years after filing for divorce for the first time, it seems Odom and Kardashian might be ready to add another chapter to their story.
