LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets took on the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday. The Hornets are coming off their 10th straight loss after losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday. Ball put up 24 points, four assists and three rebounds against the Cavs.

Going up against the Suns, the Hornets looked to break their cold streak. Looking at Ball's performance in the first half, he, alongside Miles Bridges and Nick Richards carried Charlotte to secure a 59-46 lead. Ball added 10 points, four rebounds, four assists and four steals to establish their first-half dominance.

As for Bridges and Richards, both were also in double figures. Miles added 14 points while Nick scored 10 points. The trio's efforts in the first two quarters were enough to keep up with Devin Booker's relentless assault on the hardwood. Booker popped off for 21 points as he tried to keep his Phoenix Suns alive.

Come the third quarter, LaMelo Ball popped off for 13 points as he focused more on offense to maintain the Charlotte Hornets’ lead over the Phoenix Suns. He brought his total score to 23 in the quarter. It was a fierce battle between Ball and Devin Booker as both stars exchanged baskets throughout the period.

The Hornet finished with a 115-104 victory over the Suns to snap their 10-game losing streak. Ball had a huge double-double performance with 32 points and 10 rebounds to help seal the deal for Charlotte.

The Suns were the favorite to win heading into the game, considering how the Hornets' 10-game losing streak and being one of the worst teams in NBA this season.

However, LaMelo Ball came to the rescue as he carried the Hornets with a double-double performance. Ball had 32 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and four steals to secure the win. His shooting wasn’t the most accurate after notching 42.9% accuracy. Nevertheless, his efforts were enough to stop the Suns’ duo of Devin Booker and Kevin Durant.

Miles Bridges also had a solid game against Phoenix as he assisted LaMelo Ball with his 21 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. Nick Richards also had a double-double performance, posting 15 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks.

While the Charlotte Hornets’ victory may not affect their standings, beating a team like the Phoenix Suns should be a huge confidence booster for the team moving forward.
