Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has a complex relationship with the LA Lakers' LeBron James. They have turned from fierce rivals to close friends. Thus, a prominent All-Star reached out for help with access to the four-time NBA champion.

Draymond Green denied the All-Star's request to help facilitate access to LeBron James, according to FOX Sports' Melissa Rohlin. Green cited difficulty in getting in touch with James as his reason, Rohlin reported Thursday.

"No you can't get ahold of Bron," Green said.

Details of the report was posted on X by Legion Hoops and it immediately caught the attention of other social media users. One fan jokingly wrote that James has blocked Green for revealing his unapproachable side.

Other fans shared the same sentiments as they began to roast Green for his closeness to King James.

"He knows this cause Draymond is always in Lebron’s DMs and can’t get a reply," a fan tweeted.
"Draymond gonna retire to become Brons security im crying," another fan added.

However, some fans turned their focus on LeBron.

"Why would anybody want to get in touch with Lebron, that fraud has nothing to teach," a fan wrote.
"Lebron doesn’t seem like an approachable guy like Curry," another fan added.
"There’s not a skill set of Lebrons players try to emulate. They aren’t trying to get in touch with him," a fan commented.

Despite past clashes, including intense NBA Finals matchups when LeBron James played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Green and James have developed a deep respect for each other. Green has publicly praised James' leadership and work ethic on his podcast, "The Draymond Green Show."

Both players are widely respected among fans, analysts and their fellow players. Green boasts a resume that includes four NBA titles and four All-Star appearances, while James boasts the same number of titles and 20 All-Star appearances.

Draymond Green on how the younger generation views Steph Curry, LeBron James and Kevin Durant

Draymond Green, according to Melissa Rohlin, asserted that the younger generation of players see teammate Steph Curry, his good friend LeBron James and former teammate Kevin Durant as "mythical superheroes."

This happened when an unnamed prominent All-Star player approached him on how to have a conversation with Curry.

"I'm like, 'Yo, just ask him. What do you mean how do I ask?'" Green said.

Furthermore, Green said they were surprised at how humble Curry is when approached. Also, they get the same feeling when it involves Durant.
