LeBron James is coming off a 19th appearance in the All-Star Game over the weekend, and it didn't turn out particularly well for the LA Lakers star. James suffered a finger injury in the second quarter, which resulted in him sitting out the rest of the game as he watched Team Giannis get the win.
The Lakers practiced today, and coach Darvin Ham gave an update on how LeBron has been dealing with his finger injury.
"Finger's not an issue at all," Ham said.

When asked about James' ankle, Ham said:

"We're still managing that, but the finger, no issue."
James injured a finger on his right hand after he attempted to block a shot by Pascal Siakam in Sunday's All-Star Game in Utah. It happened in the second quarter and he was shut down by the coaching staff during halftime, prior to him being honored by the league.
He addressed his injury during his postgame conference.
"I'll be fine, I don't think it's too much to worry about. But for precautionary reasons, just had to take the rest of the night off."
LeBron James' injury isn't as serious as most people think

This season could be one of the most challenging seasons of LeBron James' 20-year NBA career. This is the only campaign in which he's had to deal with various injuries, constantly missing games. His injuries could be his body's way of showing that it can't keep up with James' life as a pro athlete anymore.
Still, his current hand injury isn't as serious as people think.
The Lakers are currently in the 13th spot in the Western Conference and will have to push extremely hard to get to the playoffs.
