LeBron James reacted to "Happy Endings" star Damon Wayans Jr.'s story about "freak offs," which has become a popular term due to Sean "Diddy" Combs. Wayans referenced the term while telling a story about attending Eddie Murphy's yacht parties in the 1980s.
Speaking in an appearance on "The Lamorning After Podcast" earlier this week, Wayans opened up about attending one of Murphy's yacht parties as a kid. He was with his parents, and there was a time when he 'harrassed' Emmanuel Lewis, who is famous for portraying the character Webster on the TV series of the same name.
Before telling the story, Wayans joked that it was before the "freak offs" and "baby oil." This clearly referenced Diddy and his arrest last month. Nevertheless, Wayans' story got the LA Lakers superstar reacting on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣," James posted.

LeBron James' comment about Diddy resurfaces
Amid the controversies and legal issues surrounding Diddy, a video featuring LeBron James resurfaced on social media. James was on Instagram Live with Diddy and the Lakers superstar said:
"Ain't no party like a Diddy party."
It was a harmless comment back then, but it also led to several fake posts, altered images and memes about James' relationship with Diddy. The allegations against the music mogul have taken over social media, so anyone who was with him over the years is getting flak online.
James and Diddy have had several pictures together over the years, but there's no confirmation if the NBA legend attended one of his alleged "freak offs."
LeBron James drops triple-double as Lakers start season 3-0
The LA Lakers are sitting atop the Western Conference standings after winning their third game of the season. The Lakers improved to 3-0 after one week of action, defeating the Sacramento Kings 131-127 on Saturday night at Crypto.com Arena.
LeBron James got a triple-double, finishing the game with 32 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists. Anthony Davis had another huge night with 31 points, nine rebounds and two assists, while four others scored in double-figures. Rui Hachimura had 18 points and nine rebounds, with D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves scoring 16 points each.
The Kings took control of the game in the third quarter after a very close first half. They were primed to beat the Lakers, but James led a crazy 21-0 start to the fourth quarter as they outscored Sacramento 44-33 in the final period to get the victory.
After a 3-0 start, the Lakers are entering a five-game road trip that will test them under new head coach JJ Redick.
