Last summer, Compton was arguably the best team with five-stars Alijah Arenas and Koa Peat and four-star JJ Mandaquit.

Gilbert Arenas has been very active when it comes to shaping the basketball career of his sons. He had once remarked that he sent his eldest son to a public school like Chatsworth to make him play under pressure to carry games. On the flip side, when it came to the AAU, he went with Compton Magic to give his son a taste of playing with star players.
