One of LeBron James' hobbies is collecting watches, and he recently showed off his latest piece while on the sidelines. James was given a day off by the LA Lakers during their 107-98 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena.

The four-time NBA champion was wearing an "out of catalog" Rolex as he cheered on his teammates from the bench. It was a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 'Le Mans' 126528LN, according to INSANE LUXURY on Instagram. It's a new version of the Dayton that has 18-karat yellow gold rather than white gold. The watch has appraised its value and is now currently 8x of what LeBron could have purchased it for.

The watch has a retail price of $47,500, but its market value has increased eight times and is currently worth $320,000. It was released this year to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, one of the most prestigious sports car races in the world.

According to NBA.com, LeBron James was the official starter of the 24 Hours of Le Mans last year when the race celebrated its centenary. James joined other celebrities who had the role in previous years such as Brad Pitt, Steve McQueen and Rafael Nadal.
