LeBron James' wife Savannah James glams up in NYC with her 'partner' April McDaniel

LeBron James' wife Savannah James is in New York. The wife of the Los Angeles Lakers star was joined by her friend and the co-host of the podcast "Everybody's Crazy," April McDaniel.

Savannah made a post on her social media about her day in New York with McDaniel, amicably calling her "my partner" in the post.

Savannah James posted a video on her Instagram Story, that started with the beautiful New York City skyline. In the rest of the video, Savannah was seen getting ready for an occasion with her makeup artists doing their part.

From what appeared from the video, she was set to wear an olive green suit before going about the business.

Savannah mentioned April McDaniel in the caption and wrote:

"Quick STOP in NY with my partner [April McDaniel]."

Savannah and McDaniel have known each other for a very long time. Apart from sharing a great friendship, they also share a couch for their podcast, which has been a success. McDaniel has previously worked closely with LeBron James and Maverick Carter through her creative agency.

Savannah James and April McDaniel have known each other since LeBron was with the Miami Heat. The co-hosts of the podcast "Everybody's Crazy" have seen each other navigate through different phases of life.

Amidst the close relationship that they developed over the years, Mrs. James and McDaniel continued to foster a close friendship while keeping their lives private. However, when Savannah and her husband moved to Los Angeles in 2018, the friendship between McDaniel and Savannah took off.

They spent more and more time together in LA, while Savannah also took care of her kids. In a conversation with "People," McDaniel said that although they had become very close friends, they never talked about starting a podcast together, given how private they are about their personal lives.

"The funny part is we've never talked about doing a podcast together," McDaniel said. "Never. We are very private in our own respected natures. Savannah's always been very private with her life and so have I."

Savannah James told "People" that she has now entered a new chapter in her life and she liked the idea of doing something she liked with her friend. The wife of the NBA superstar also added that starting the podcast was initially scary for her but so far her experience has been "freeing."
