Fans react to LA Lakers star LeBron James as he unfollowed Brooklyn Nets guard Ben Simmons on X. James has been doing a social media cleansing recently, as he's unfollowed a few players. The first player he unfollowed was Simmons, who used to be part of the Klutch Sports Group as a client.

Simmons parted ways with the agency in March 2023. Since entering the league in 2016, Rich Paul has been Simmons' agent who helped him sign a hefty five-year, $177 million deal with the Philadelphia 76ers.

After unfollowing Simmons, the Lakers star unfollowed former NBA center Kendrick Perkins. Perkins had something to say about James ahead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Perk mentioned that the four-time champion is stealing the thunder from the attention of the finals after he said that he misses playing with Kyrie Irving.

The next player James unfollowed was Blake Griffin. The former Slam Dunk Contest champion didn't have any clash with James recently. Griffin had Sam Goldfeder as his agent while he was active in the NBA.

Fans saw the trend of James unfollowing former and current players in the league and were in shock.
