For years, NBA fans have engaged in a never-ending debate about who's the greatest player of all time.

Most old-school fans usually side with Michael Jordan, whereas the younger generation tends to lean towards LeBron James. That's why every single thing one does is always compared to the other, even when it has nothing to do with basketball.

That was the case again when it was announced that Jordan opened a third clinic in Wilmington, North Carolina, to serve uninsured and underinsured residents.

Needless to say, it didn't take long before the fans shared their thoughts on the matter:

"And LeBron open a come worship LeBron museum," one fan tweeted.
"The real ones always move in silence," another one added.
"Jordan doesn't exploit his giving. He gives and you will never hear about it. He is a good man," a fan chimed in.
"I've never heard MJ talk about his giving. Call me old school, but I like when celebs don't broadcast on the news their charitable efforts," a fan said.
"Amazing. What a great way for the GOAT to give back," one fan concluded.

Jordan also spoke during the inauguration, talking about his mission with these initiatives:

"That's what this clinic is about: when the families are not able to support, we're there to support. You don't have any money, it doesn't matter. We're going to do whatever we can to support you because that's what happened to me," Jordan said.

Michael Jordan reveals where his infamous 'tongue-out' gesture came from

There was a time when Michael Jordan was arguably the most talked-about and popular human being on Earth.

Right at the peak of his popularity, back in 1990, he talked to Arsenio Hall and opened up about one of his most iconic moves: The tongue-out gesture.

"There's been a lot of speculation," Jordan said. "It's an unconscious habit that I picked up from my father. Being a little kid and you watch your father work, he just used to stick his tongue out, and I took it up and made it a habit, and now I can't stop. I tried to stop; I tried playing with the mouthpiece in my mouth; it just didn't work. It just didn't feel natural."

Jordan has been a private person for most of his life, but his love and relationship with his father were always public knowledge, and it's nice to see him playing an unconscious tribute to him.
