LiAngelo Ball may have finally hit his stride, and it's not in basketball. Ball or "G3," his stage name, has found himself as an up-and-coming star in the music scene after releasing the new hit single "Tweaker." The Billboard Hot 100 rankings dropped on Wednesday and have the song as the No. 29 hottest song of the past week, outranking some new releases from artists such as Lil Baby and Bad Bunny.
Ball's song has taken over social media with tons of fans making videos about it and reposting about how it can even help their performance on the court.
The viral hit has people giving shoutouts to LaVar Ball. LaVar is the father of the Ball Brothers (LiAngelo, LaMelo, Lonzo) and is most known for his viral media tour in 2017, when he predicted the success his sons would have. Although he was mainly talking about basketball, this hasn't stopped people from giving Ball credit.

It's safe to say that LiAngelo Ball has arrived on the scene in style and is only looking to improve on his No. 29 ranking. Ball has some big plans for the future and hasn't shown any signs of slowing down.
LiAngelo Ball signs record deal with Def Jam and Universal Music Group worth up to $13 Million
LiAngelo Ball's hot week continues. NBA insider Shams Charania from ESPN reported on Monday that Liangelo Ball has signed a record deal with Def Jam and Universal Music Group worth $8 million guaranteed with the potential for that amount to increase to $13 million.
The news of Ball's new record deal comes the same week as Ball's newest hit "Tweaker" reached No. 29 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The deal shows confidence from the music industry that Ball can thrive and expand on his first hit to become a successful artist in the industry. The deal also gives Ball full control over his entire music catalog and his own record label, known as "Born2Ball."
Based on the reports, it sounds like LiAngelo Ball could be around to stay in the music industry. The next step for Ball is to follow up "Tweaker" with his next hit, which has its sights set higher than No. 29 next time around.
