Former NBA player Lou Williams reacted to the recent controversy surrounding YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed. While in Germany, the popular influencer visited the legendary Nurburgring race track, where he intended to buy a car.
After spotting a KTM X-Bow with a for-sale sign, 'Speed' tried to get somebody to sell him the vehicle. Unfortunately, the person seemingly in charge of the place wasn't so excited to talk about the 19-year-old, who's one of the most famous content creators in the world.
"Hey, I am serious I am not trolling I am trying to buy! I got the money. I am serious though. Why do you think I am not? I am serious," Speed said, as the man refused to get into details about the car, the price or even show willingness to deal with the streamer.
After this person told Speed they should stop talking, the Youtuber walked away after realizing that the man had no intentions of doing business with him.

"You don't want to sell it to me? Okay then, just say that. You got it for sale, bro. Okay. What the hell is wrong with that dude, bro?" Speed said after trying to get a conversation with the man, who didn't believe the streamer was in position to purchase the car.
Lou Williams, like many other people, reacted to the awkward exchange on social media. The three-time Sixth Man of the Year award winner shared his thoughts on this situation, explaining that when he sees somebody who doesn't want to do business with him, he walks away.
"That’s always been my thing. I’m not buying nothing from you if you don’t want me to," Williams wrote on X.
Lou Williams reacts to Atlanta Hawks' pick in the 2024 NBA Draft
Before sharing his thoughts on the sad situation IShowSpeed endured, Lou Williams praised the Atlanta Hawks, his last team in the NBA, for the way they selected Zaccharie Risacher as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. Much was said about who would take the top spot this year, with Alex Sarr looking like the favorite before Risacher took over.
"Dope!!! Zac’s a good dude 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾," Williams quote-tweeted a video that showed a long-time Hawks staffer making the call for the kid.
Williams has been very active in the past year, working on Run It Back with NBA insider Chams Charania, former NBA player Chandler Parsons, and Michelle Beadle.
