Luka Doncic has been incredible in the past few games. Against the New York Knicks, the Dallas Mavericks guard became the only player in NBA history to score 60 points while also grabbing 21 boards and dishing out 10 assists.
Doncic has already broken numerous records, yet he's only 23. After the Knicks game, the superstar guard admitted that he was tired and that he needed a recovery beer.
"I'm tired as hell," Doncic said after the victory. "I need a recovery beer."
Laško Brewery, the largest brewery in Slovenia, wasted no time using Luka's record-breaking performance for a new product. The brewery came out with a "recovery beer edition" of their most popular product.

Luka Doncic's record-breaking performance resulted in a new product
Shortly after Doncic's 60-point triple-double, Laško Brewery announced a new product. Here is what the brewery posted on Instagram, describing the new edition of the beer.
"For all tired Lukas who need a beer for regeneration, we brewed...Recovery beer."
The Dallas Mavericks superstar definitely needed to recover. The game against the Knicks went into overtime, which is why Doncic ended up spending 47 minutes on the floor. However, this did not affect his performance.

Thanks to Luka's heroics, the Mavericks a nine-point deficit in the final 33 seconds of regulation. The 23-year-old guard took over the game, tying it with one second left in the fourth quarter and sending it into overtime.
The Mavericks outscored the Knicks in overtime, winning the game by five points in the end. Thanks to Doncic's amazing performance, the Mavs improved their record to 19-16 and Laško Brewery got its new product.
The three-time All-Star and his team will conclude their three-game homestand against the Houston Rockets on Thursday night.
Doncic in 2022-23 season
Luka Doncic has taken his game to the next level and is one of the MVP candidates in the 2022-23 season. In 32 games so far this season, the 6-foot-7 guard is averaging 33.6 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 8.8 assists.

As the first option on the Mavs, Doncic takes 22.5 field goal attempts per game, yet he converts 50.6% of them, which is impressive.
Despite playing 37 minutes per game and being exhausted, the Mavericks superstar isn't slowing down. In fact, he keeps getting better and has averaged 47.3 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 9.7 assists over the last three games.
According to Basketball Reference's MVP tracker, Doncic ranks second in MVP odds with 21.7%. Nikola Jokic is once again the first, and his probability of winning another prestigious award is at 45.1%.
