Mark Cuban dishes out 1-word response to oil and gas expert's take on Trump putting sanctions on Nord Stream

Mark Cuban has been very vocal in his support for Kamala Harris throughout the presidential race and even more vocal about his disdain for Donald Trump. The Dallas Mavericks minority owner showed support for a gas and oil expert who picked apart Trump's argument regarding the Nord Stream 2 pipeline on X.

On Monday afternoon, Cuban responded to the video of the argument against Trump, dropping a one-word response.

"Facts," Cuban responded in agreement with the video.

The video was from Mr. Global on X, a gas and oil expert with nearly 40,000 followers. He called out Trump's claim from an event in Glendale, Arizona on Oct. 31 that he "killed" Nord Stream 2's construction by placing sanctions on the European Union

In his argument, Trump stated, "I killed it. Nobody would kill it but me. I stopped it. The thing was half built."

Mr. Global argued Trump's sanctions made little -- if any progress on his goal to halt the Nord Stream 2's construction, as the European Union paid little attention and continued construction. Joe Biden lifted Trump's sanctions in May 2021 as the pipeline neared completion.

On Thursday, Mark Cuban made an appearance on The View and discussed his thoughts on Donald Trump not looking to former presidential candidate Nikki Haley for support on the campaign trail.

Mark Cuban's answer faced some criticism, as he proceeded to claim Trump was "intimidated by strong, intelligent women."

"Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women. Ever. It's just that simple. They're intimidating to him. He doesn't like to be challenged by them, and you know,

"Nikki Haley will call him on his nonsense with reproductive rights and how he sees and treats and talks about women. I mean, he just can't have her around. It doesn't work."

Mark Cuban apologized and clarified his remarks with a post on X. Trump responded to Cuban's comments, arguing that he surrounds himself with "the strongest of women".
