Carmelo Anthony's son Kiyan Anthony cashed in on his rich vein on form and delivered another stupendous performance on Friday. During the EYBL Peach Jam Invitational game between Team Melo and Team KD in South Carolina, Kiyan Anthony dropped 27 points in a 73-66 overtime win.

During a heated moment in the game, Kiyan Anthony came face-to-face with an opponent player as things got heated.

The 6-foot-5 guard jawed at a player from Team KD, who was wearing a No.7 jersey. The incident took place right next to where Carmelo Anthony was seated. The former NBA great jumped in and neutralized the situation by separating the two players before things potentially got any further out of hand.

Kiyan Anthony has been on a tear recently

Kiyan Anthony has been turning heads with eye-catching performances at the Peach Jam Invitational. His 27-point game against Team KD came after he scored 18 points on 5-of-14 shooting from the field against the Georgia Stars on Thursday in front of his idol, former LA Clippers star Paul George.

Earlier on Wednesday, Kiyan Anthony exploded in Team Melo's 85-68 win over the NW Rotary Rebels with NBA's rising superstar Ja Morant sitting courtside. He scored 26 points, six rebounds, three rebounds one steal on the night while shooting two 3-pointers on 66.7% shooting in 28 minutes of play.

Furthermore, last Monday, he dropped 40 points in his team's 81-51 rout over the Mac Irvin Fire. As far as his next step is concerned, Kiyan Anthony has several college offers to choose from, including his father's alma mater, Syracuse University.
